• Contact List: We request access to your contacts solely to allow you to easily select witnesses or counterparties. We do not store your entire contact list on our servers.

• Device Data: IP address, device model, and OS version for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your digital debt records.
• Generate PDF contracts for your personal use.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Improve app performance and fix bugs.

3. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the Settings menu.

• Deletion Process: Upon request, your account will be deactivated immediately. Data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Retained Data: Contracts with other active users may be retained to maintain the integrity of their records.
